One Minute Cake

In desire for a sweet treat? Don't want to make a whole cake... Here is the thing:

You need:

1 box of cake mix (any kind you like, I tried it first with yellow cake mix)

1 small box instant pudding and pie filling (again, any flavor you like, I did vanilla)

1 egg

1 tbsp oil

1tbsp water

Mix cake mix and Pudding powder together (I used a zip lock bag, so the rest of the mixture can be stored in there)

Use a large coffee mug (about the size 1 1/2 to 2 cups) and mix egg, oil, water and 1/2 cup of the cake/pudding mix, stir well, until you have smooth dough

Microwave 65 sec.

DONE!

for additional sweetness, add before microwave 1 tbsp frosting on top of the dough. The frosting will sink to the ground of the mug, during cooking time, if you flip the cake out of the mug on a plate, the frosting is on top!

I will post pictures later, was too busy to eat that thing as long as it was warm!

Mandelmakronen

Bekannt sind ja jedem die Kokos Makronen. Aber Chris mag kein Kokos also musste ich mir was anderes einfallen lassen. Aber zunaechst ein kleines Bilderraetzel: Na sieht das nicht aus wie ein schoener wohlgeformter.... Apfel Popo??? Und da frag ich mich warum es Apfelhintern heisst und nicht Eierar.... aber nu gut...

Also hier das Rezept:
2 Eiweisse
1Tl Zitronensaft
130 g Zucker
2 Trpf Bittermandelaroma
100g gemahlene Mandelkerne
50 g Mandelblaettchen

Mini Cinnamon Rolls

You need:
1 egg
300 g flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
100g powderd sugar
200g cold butter (unsalted)
dash salt
150 g sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Seperate Eggwhite from Eggyolk
Mix flour, baking powder, powderd sugar and the butter (cut in pieces) with the salt and the egg and 3 tbsp of water until you have a solid dough.
Divied the dough in 6 portions, wrap it in foil and refregerate for 1 hour.
mix the sugar with the cinnamon.
Roll out 1 portion to about 3 mm thickness. Use a plate to cut out circles (about 20 cm). brush egg white on it and sprinkle it with the cinnamon-sugar. Cut (with a pizza cutter) triangles out (just like cutting a cake or pizza) Roll them up to rolls starting with the wider side first. Brush them with eggwhite and sprinkle from the outside with the cinnamon sugar.
bake them at 375 F for about 12-15 min until golden brown.

Sahne-Sterne creamy stars

I baked my first Christmas cookies for this year. This is an easy recipe. The sour cream makes the cookies nice and tender.

You need:
250 g flour
50 g sugar
180 butter (unsalted)
60 g sour cream
Cut butter in pieces and add all ingridients to a solid dough. Regfregirate for one hour, wrapped in foil.
roll out dough to about 3 mm thickness.
With a cookie cutter cut out shapes.
bake on 325 F (160 Grad) for 15 -20 min.
Dust Cookies with powderd sugar, or "glue" them together with some of your favorite jam, like I did.
