Mini Quiche Lorraine

As a new The Pampered Chef Consultant, I have to try out a lot of recipes and this one is just awesome, it's really easy, tastes yummi and looks great, too, everybody that I made it for just loves it!
You need: 1 pckg Pie Crusts (2 Crusts)

2 eggs

1/2 cup Half and Half

1/8 tsp Salt

4 slices cooked bacon

1/2 medium red bell pepper

2 tbsp chopped chives or green onions

1/2 cup grated swiss cheese

12 grape tomatos

ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 400 F. Unroll the Pie crust and cut 12 discs. I used the Measure All Cup, which is the perfect size.

Place the discs on top of each wells of a Mini Muffin Pan and press them with the Mini Tart Shaper. Whisks egs, half and half and salt together and set it aside.

Finely chop bacon and bell pepper and chives. Grate cheese. Combine bacon, Bell pepper, chives and cheese and ground pepper.

Pour egg mixture evenly into the tart shells, sprinkle with the cheese mixture.
Cut grape tomatoes in half and set one on each tartlet.
Bake for 14-16 min or until egg mixture is set and crust is golden brown.

breakfast bake

This can be a breakfast food, also something you bring for a brunch or as well a short dinner. You can add whatever you like and have in your fridge, the same stuff you would put in your favorite omelette.
This is just the plain recipe:

1 can Cresent rolls (or the new recipe creation can, which is basicly the same as the cresent rolls, just without the perforations in the dough)

6 eggs

1 pckg ham (8 oz) chopped

2 cups shredded cheese

Pepper1/2 cup milk

roll out the cresent dough in a baking pan. spread ham over the dough.

beat milk, eggs and pepper in a batter bowl, than pour it over the ham.

Cover with cheese and bake at 350 F for about 25 min, until center is firm.

Milkman

Everybody wants the best for his family, right? I'm really into nutrition and good and healthy food, but sometimes we just can't afford to do all the way organic food. I try to stay organic with meat and diary products. So we order our milk, milk-products, eggs and Orange juice from the Milkman . Even though the milk is a little bit more expensive as at the store, I think it's the better way. The milk tastes great, it's all natural and from local farms, which I think is important, too. We drink about 2 Gal. a week, and since Caiden is on milk now, too its even more important to me, that he gets good stuff. So I'm willing to pay the price.

They also have the yummiest cookie dough EVER!!! I made the cookies a couple of times and everybody is asking about them.
And on the green side, they reuse their containers, so you rinse them, put them in your "milkbox" and the milkman takes them with him again. So all over a really good thing!

Raspberry Waffle Topper

Well, I'm a waffle lover, but not a syrup lover, but who loves plain waffles? So I came up with this yummi recipe. Try it with every fruit you like, I did blueberries and strawberries as well an it all turn out nice.
You need:
2 cups frozen raspberries
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup sugar
mix everything together in a small saucepan, let it cook until bubbly
pour over your waffles or pancakes and enjoy!
