Sahne-Sterne creamy stars

I baked my first Christmas cookies for this year. This is an easy recipe. The sour cream makes the cookies nice and tender.

You need:
250 g flour
50 g sugar
180 butter (unsalted)
60 g sour cream
Cut butter in pieces and add all ingridients to a solid dough. Regfregirate for one hour, wrapped in foil.
roll out dough to about 3 mm thickness.
With a cookie cutter cut out shapes.
bake on 325 F (160 Grad) for 15 -20 min.
Dust Cookies with powderd sugar, or "glue" them together with some of your favorite jam, like I did.

Das mit der sour cream kann ich mir gut vorstellen. Mensch Du warst schon sehr fleissig am backen. Bei mir kommen die Ausstecherplaetzchen naechste Woche dran.
