Schlemmer Fisch

This fish is a frozen meal in Germany and I ate it a lot. I never saw it here so I decided to make it for myself.
3 thick white fish filets or 6 thin ones
Lemonjuice
3 tbsp fresh herbs ( Parsley, dill, chives)
3 tbsp cream cheese
2 tsp mustard
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Bread crumps
3 tomatos
2 green onions
2 gloves Garlic
1/2 onion
Olive oil
Salt, Pepper
wash fish and dry it with kitchen towels sprinkle with lemon juice.
chop onion and garlic, heat it up with the olive oil in a pan. When onions are "shiny" add the herbs and bread crumbs, cream cheese, mustard and parmesan cheese.
Remove it from heat. Mix together until you got a nice paste. season with salt and pepper.
Cut tomatos and green onions and put them in a baking dish. place fish on top, spread the paste over the fish. Season a little bit more with salt and pepper.
Bake at 400F for about 30 min.
